Career

After starting his career underwriting large industrial risks in Paris and London, he moved to Allianz, where he held various management positions in the Finance Unit, the Operations Unit, the Claims Department and Corporate Underwriting, before joining MMA in 2021.

Stéphane holds a doctorate in management, is an alumnus of ENS Cachan and has a degree in economics and management. He has worked in the insurance sector for over 20 years.

" The Business Markets Division brings together the underwriting, management, international, operations, offers, projects and corporate assistance teams. Our ambition is to create more value for MMA, our customers and our intermediaries by strengthening our local presence. "

Career

Romain began his career at AGF as a prevention engineer, then moved on to Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty as a property underwriter and multi-branch account manager before becoming Property Underwriting Manager at Allianz France. He joined MMA in 2017 as Head of the Paris Business Regional Delegation.

He holds a Master of Science in Risk Management and Loss Prevention from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Bourges and ARM (Associate in Risk Management). In 2022, he also completed an Executive Programme in Management and Leadership at London Business School.

" As Director of Business Underwriting, I am responsible for underwriting and managing risks in the property, civil liability, construction and technical risks portfolios of 8 MMA regional offices based in Bordeaux, Le Mans, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes, Paris and Strasbourg. In addition to the recognised technical expertise of our teams, the strength of our department lies in its proximity to our broker partners throughout France. "

Career

Christian holds a Master's degree in Management Control and Organisation, and has spent most of his career at Gras Savoye (WTW) in various management positions within the regional network and its management. In 2012, he joined the Large Businesses division as Director of the Motor Fleets market.

Christian joined MMA in 2018.

" The Fleets and Specialities Division covers a wide range of markets: Business Fleets, Marine and Transport, Legal and Accounting Professions, Property and Sport/Leisure. These activities have specific technical and commercial characteristics that require particular attention in order to maintain the service expected by brokers, while at the same time guaranteeing a fragile economic balance. It's a real challenge, and one that our specialist teams strive to meet every day. My ambition is to work with them to put in place the conditions that will enable us to continue to develop these areas, while at the same time guaranteeing the economic sustainability of our operations. "

Career

Graduated from a business school at the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry, went on to study "Managing People" at Cambridge.
With 25 years' experience in the insurance sector, she combines 21 years' experience in brokerage (Assurances Goupil, Verspieren, Gras Savoye) and 4 years in a company (MMA). As a result, she has in-depth knowledge of both customer requirements and the needs of brokers.

« As Head of Broker Coordination and Major Broker Relations for a national area, I will be keen to pursue my objective of building a cohesive team to serve you, our brokers.
The major challenges we face are to maintain close links between our teams, to work on the quality of service that sets us apart, and, in a context of profitability, to focus on a high-quality customer portfolio and targeted development. All of this to promote virtuous growth in our respective sales figures.
All the Brokerage Inspectors, whom I know to be willing and motivated, will be perfectly capable of supporting me in these missions alongside you.

These changes reflect the wealth of talent at MMA and also aim to better serve our strategic challenges with you in the professional and corporate markets. We are fully confident that they will be deployed at your service.
