EDImessage simplifies data exchanges between brokers and insurers

EDImessage is the data exchange solution between brokers and insurers, based on the EDICourtage "market" standard. This solution simplifies IT exchanges and increases productivity. 

EDImessage will have more than 440 brokers and 15 insurers signed up by 2021.

Thanks to this platform, you can automate certain processes, such as notices of due date, claims opening or notice of default. Here are the messages that work with our company:

EDIsignature, for a simplified customer experience

EDIsignature is both an electronic signature and an electronic document exchange solution, fully integrated into the processes of insurers and brokers, while respecting delegations and intermediation.

EDIsignature can be used in many ways. MMA suggests the following uses:

Step 1 : either the broker retrieves the documents from the MMA extranet (if he has this access) and places them on the platform to be sent to the customer; or the broker receives the documents directly from the company via the usual channel (an MMA e-mail) and places them on the platform to be sent to the customer.

Step 2 : the broker uploads the MMA contractual documents and his own documents (duty of advice, appendix, etc.) to the platform. Everything is then sent to the customer.

Step 3 : the customer reads all the documents and can sign them remotely or in person at his convenience.

Step 4 : once signed, the customer and the broker receive all the signed documents, with the broker systematically archiving all the documents (contractual documents, supporting documents and traces of proof) with a trusted third party.

EDIconformité, the innovative solution that simplifies the collection of regulatory data

EDIconformité is the solution for pooling the collection of compliance data between insurers, by offering summarised management of regulatory data. This solution, which is free for insurance intermediaries, allows them to respond only once to insurers' questionnaires and requests for regulatory documents.

By covering all regulatory areas in a single questionnaire, the EDIconformité platform enables you to optimise your management process and the transmission of information to insurers.
