EDIsignature, for a simplified customer experience
EDIsignature is both an electronic signature and an electronic document exchange solution, fully integrated into the processes of insurers and brokers, while respecting delegations and intermediation.
EDIsignature can be used in many ways. MMA suggests the following uses:
Step 1 : either the broker retrieves the documents from the MMA extranet (if he has this access) and places them on the platform to be sent to the customer; or the broker receives the documents directly from the company via the usual channel (an MMA e-mail) and places them on the platform to be sent to the customer.
Step 2 : the broker uploads the MMA contractual documents and his own documents (duty of advice, appendix, etc.) to the platform. Everything is then sent to the customer.
Step 3 : the customer reads all the documents and can sign them remotely or in person at his convenience.
Step 4 : once signed, the customer and the broker receive all the signed documents, with the broker systematically archiving all the documents (contractual documents, supporting documents and traces of proof) with a trusted third party.
